This vessel was built as a fish tug for Wesley Widdrick as the Irene Lloyd. She was later owned by Gerard Bastien. and renamed Lori B. Rick Bastien acquired the vessel and owned her until 2007, when she was sold to Wayne Siddall & Sons of Lowbanks, ON. While owned by the Bastiens, the Lori B. was once lengthened and widened, and later rebuilt with a new bow and pilothouse in 1987. In 1988 she was again lengthened with the addition of a new bow. In 1995 she was rebuilt as well. Scruton Marine Services of Port Dover, ON acquired the fish tug in 2010, and converted her for use as a workboat. She was renamed Silt-Master in 2011.

The Silt-Master is currently active in dredging projects around Lake Erie.
