This tug was built in 1945 in Port Colborne, ON as the fish tug Dona Gay for Basil A. Parker. In 1948, she was acquired by the Bob-Lo Ferry Company, and converted into a passenger ferry named C.E. Park. She was eventually retired from that service. J & J Marine Ltd. purchased the vessel, and she was converted into a tug and renamed Sea Horse. She is active on the Detroit and St. Clair Rivers, primarily servicing Fighting Island.
