Ocean Hercule

This large tugboat was built in 1976 in Alesund, Norway as the Stril Pilot. In 1981 she was renamed Spirit Sky, and then Ireland in 1986. In 1989 it was changed again to Irelandia. In 1995 the tug was purchased by McAllister Towing of Canada, and renamed Charles Antoine. Ocean Group of Quebec, QC acquired the Charles Antoine in 1997 and renamed her Ocean Hercule.

The Ocean Hercule is based in the port of Sorel, QC on the St. Lawrence, where she works in ship docking and towing.
