This tug was built in 1914 by the Thor Iron Works of Toronto, ON as the fish tug Donald Mac for Andrew Quinn. She was acquired by the Morgan family in 1920, and remained with them until being sold to W.F. Kolbe & Company in 1950. In 1956 she was sold to Harry G. Gamble. In 1961 she was converted from a fish tug to a towing vessel. Western Engineering Service acquired the Donald Mac in 1962. She was later sold to Gravel & Lake Services of Thunder Bay, ON. Donald Mac was eventually retired, and was scrapped in the early 2010s.
