Bonnie G.

This classic tug was built in 1928 by the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company as the E. James Fucik for the Fitzsimons & Connell Dredge & Dock Company. In 1955 she was purchased by the Merritt-Chapman & Scott Corporation, and then by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company in 1965. Selvick Marine Towing of Sturgeon Bay, WI acquired the tug in 1977, and renamed her Bonnie G. Selvick. In 2000 she was sold to TNT Dredging Inc. of Grand Rapids, MI and renamed Bonnie G. The tug left the Great Lakes in 2005 via the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, and her current whereabouts are unknown.
