This handsome large tug was built in 1963 by Davie Shipbuilding as the Foundation Valiant for Foundation Maritime. In 1973 she was sold to Eastern Canada Towing and renamed Point Valiant. She was acquired by Three Rivers Boatmen in 1995 and renamed Andre H. Three Rivers Boatmen was later acquired by Ocean Group of Quebec, QC.

The Andre H. is currently inactive in Quebec City.
